However, in the unlikely event that you do find a fault in what we’ve made for you, or if a fault appears over time, we offer conformity guarantees of ten years, for both work and materials, from the date of completion.
A trustworthy and honest service
As members of the NAMM (National Association of Memorial Masons), we are required to work to agreed standards of business and working practice. The NAMM code of working practice is the recognised standard used by all memorial masons in the UK.
All fixing work is carried out by fixers with City and Guilds backed qualifications. We are also able to offer a guarantee that all memorials we supply or renovate will be fixed to the standards laid out in the code of working practice in force at the time the work is carried out.
